President and Founder, Tamara Garbers
Upon graduating from Hastings College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree Tamara Garbers accepted her first professional position as Personnel Manager for a regional staffing company in the Omaha area. The next step in her career was as an Executive level Banking and Finance Recruiter in Denver, CO and subsequently deciding to broaden her experience outside of recruiting she joined a Telecommunications company at the time of divestiture of the Bell Companies as Client Services Manager. After joining Brandon Systems Corporation as Technical Recruiter in a start up office she moved into Account Management and Business Development. As a result of hard work and a well earned reputation for providing accountable and quality results to her customers and recruiting team, she quickly rose to the top tier of a national sales force. After six years at BSC she joined Analysts International (AiC) and worked as a Senior Account Manager for nearly 10 years. At AiC she developed an $8MM book of highly diversified and profitable business along with a fabulous track record for delivering great results to clients and candidates. Tamara has also held positions as Director of Business Development and Regional Sales Manager for two IT Staffing Services companies.

Tamara’s professional passion is providing the highest state—a "zenith" state—of recruiting services to her customers and candidates by developing long term business relationships. She demonstrates integrity and is accountable for service delivery every step of the way throughout the placement cycle.

Contingency Services
Contingency searches are provided when Zenith Sourcing works as part of a small group of recruiting resources to provide highly qualified candidates for a successful placement. We work as a small group of recruiting resources to optimize our ability to be accountable and valuable to our client. We work on a limited number of searches at any time to assure you get the personal focus you require and you can be interviewing quickly.

Retained Services
Clients retain Zenith Sourcing to exclusively perform a candidate search. When a client engages a Retained Search they are acquiring our full commitment to completely satisfy the recruiting need for which you have retained us, bar none. Up front we gather a deposit of the fee, another deposit at mid-point and final payment is made when a candidate is hired.

On-Site Services
Zenith Sourcing will perform as an on-site extension of your in-house recruiting resources. This is optimal when a team of people are being hired and constant interaction with hiring authorities is of benefit to the success of the hiring process.

Contract Services
This is a very flexible approach that can garner very fast results to meet an immediate business need. Full-time and Part-time professionals with experience and education matched to the required skill set and job responsibilities are provided while they remain employees of Zenith Sourcing. We screen, qualify and interview candidates identified in our network and present the quantity and quality the client hiring manager requires. We match culture of the client, and thoroughly qualify and screen candidates according to a client need. Contract can evolve to a Client (Contract to) Hire as needed.

Contract to Hire Services
Yes, we provide contract-to-hire services. We will gladly recruit your contract-to-hire talent with commitment to finding a long-term quality match. We will customize a contract-to-hire period of time that enables you to meet your hiring needs with a pro-rated fee structure. Contract to Hire is a flexible approach to meet organizational hiring plans and ensure you have a solid candidate/employee fit for the position(s) being filled.

Payroll Services
'Payrolling' will help a client to quickly bring in a resource already known to them for a minimal hourly fee added to the cost of the resource. Zenith Sourcing maintains all employer responsibility for W2 employees. 'Payrolling' can evolve to a Client Hire as desired.

Zenith Sourcing utilizes an evolved job qualification acquisition and talent acquisition screening process that begins the research cycle of talent acquisition. Clients and candidates are kept informed every step of the way about how our research is uncovering qualified candidates. Zenith Sourcing guarantees all placements. If a candidate is terminated for non-performance or resigns within the Guaranteed Period, Zenith Sourcing will replace the placed candidate at no additional charge.
